Chalk & Byte – A Brand of DriveEdumax Private Limited.

1. Platform: Chalk & Byte is an online educational marketplace connecting students with independent teachers for live and recorded classes.

2. Payments: All fees are collected in INR via Razorpay. DriveEdumax Private Limited deducts the platform commission and settles the remainder to teachers.

3. Student Access: Enrollment grants access to the batch's live class link and all recordings/notes for the subscription month.

4. Acceptable Use: Users shall not attempt off-platform solicitation, harassment, or misuse of content. Violations lead to immediate account termination.

5. Liability: Teachers are independent service providers. DriveEdumax Private Limited operates the marketplace platform and payment infrastructure.
