CHALK & BYTE TEACHER AGREEMENT
(A Brand of DriveEdumax Private Limited)
This Agreement is between DriveEdumax Private Limited (operating the platform "Chalk & Byte") and the Teacher who registers on the platform.
By registering and accepting this agreement, the Teacher agrees to the following terms:
1. Platform Exclusivity: All classes, communication, notes, and payments with students obtained through Chalk & Byte must happen only through the Chalk & Byte platform. The Teacher shall not share personal contact numbers, WhatsApp, or any other personal communication channel with students for the purpose of conducting classes outside the platform.
2. Payment Terms: All fees from students will be collected by Chalk & Byte. Chalk & Byte will deduct its commission and pay the remaining amount to the Teacher. The Teacher shall not collect any fees directly from students.
3. Code of Conduct: The Teacher shall maintain professional behaviour at all times. Any form of misconduct or attempt to take students outside the platform will result in immediate permanent removal from Chalk & Byte.
4. Content Ownership: Class recordings and materials uploaded on Chalk & Byte will remain accessible to students as per their subscription. The Teacher gives Chalk & Byte the right to store and display these recordings on the platform.
5. Removal Rights: Chalk & Byte reserves the full right to suspend or permanently remove any Teacher without prior notice if the Teacher is found violating any of the above terms.
6. No Employment Relationship: The Teacher is an independent service provider and not an employee of DriveEdumax Private Limited.
7. Acceptance: By clicking "I Agree" and completing registration, the Teacher confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Agreement.
